American Idol Season 9: Top 12

Idol has reached the finals. Now, the competition raises the stakes and the 12 finalists have fought their way through the semifinalists. They better be on their "A" game because one bad performance could end the Idol dream for someone. Which one of the 12 finalists is this year's American Idol? Who has a chance to be the "dark horse" ? America, you got to vote for the right person to win the competition so think very carefully before picking up the phone.
This week's theme: songs of the second greatest rock band in the world--The Rolling Stones
Michael Lynche-sang "Miss You"; Randy wasn't crazy about the arrangement; a good start to the show; delivered on stage; Simon hated his dancing; Big Mike's Safe!!
Didi Benami-sang "Playing with Fire"; Randy loved it; great; intense; compelling; two steps forward; good song choice; solid performance; Didi's safe for another week
Casey James-sang "It's All Over Now"; played his electric guitar; bluesy; fantastic; was a rock star; one of the earliest Stones songs; Simon liked the performance but wanted Casey to move around the stage more; Casey's safe!
Lacey Brown-sang "Ruby Tuesday"; pleasantly surprised; sleepy; 50/50 for Kara; needs to let loose on the stage; Simon liked the vocals; Lacey may be around next week!
Andrew Garcia-sang "Gimme Shelter"; pitchy; best performance yet-according to Ellen; Kara didn't feel it; wanted more intensity on stage; Simon hoped that Andrew survives another week despite his disappointment
Katie Stevens-sang "Wild Horses"; very strong performance; good song choice; better than last week; gave it 100% effort; Katie stays!!
Tim Urban-sang "Under My Thumb"; played the guitar and did a reggae version; Randy didn't get it; weird version; beach type performance; Ellen disliked it; boring; didn't work; Tim's going home this week!
Siobhan Magnus-sang "Paint It Black"; Siobhan rocked it; most interesting version; standout performance of the night; Siobhan could be the "dark horse" this year--Safe!
Lee Dewyze-sang "Beast of Burden"; played the guitar; interesting version; less than expected; showed more confidence; lack of personality; too safe; Simon wants Lee to have a moment next week
Paige Miles-sang "Honky Tonk Woman"; Randy liked it; good stage presence despite laryngitis; needs to have a performance that could make her a standout; Paige is safe
Aaron Kelly-sang "Angie"; born to sing; great song choice; connected with the song; believable; Aaron stays for another week
Crystal Bowersox-sang "You Can't Always Get What You Want"; played the guitar; sang with ease; comfortable on stage; wasn't her best performance; beaten by Siobhan; Crystal's back next week!
